All work, all play

All Work, All Play

Long time no blog! How is everyone?

As you may have noticed, blog posts have been scarce around these parts as we ramp up to the launch of the Pip & Estella pop-up shop (More to come on that soon, I promise!) and work to meet holiday deadlines with our favorite magazines and new international retail partners.

And because things have been so busy, I had to bring on more hands. Two of those hands belong to Matt which everyone loved from my Station Wagon Conversation post. Not only is he incredibly talented, but we have a lot of fun at play too! Below is a shot of us at the Rue Magazine photo shoot for Old Village Hall in the East Village where we worked on food and floral styling. This actual shoot runs in Rue's Anniversary issue out tomorrow.

So, So Does Estella lives on -- just a little quiet as we push through the season's rush. I want to know what you all have been up to! What projects are you working on this Fall?

[Update; Here are more photos from the shoot on Refinery 29.]

Yay, so happy to see a new blog post, Sana! Totally understand how life gets so crazy - it's so exciting to see all the things Pip & Estella is doing! :) Glad to hear that you've been busy/successful/happy :)

Hm...fall projects for me include developing my blog (although I think that's a never-ending project ;) and hopefully getting started on some collaborations! :)

@Lillian I knew you'd understand! Thank you. I love how much of a perfectionist you are. Your blog is already incredible, yet you are always working to make it better - so impressive! (And you manage to get the globetrotting in too! I am looking forward to seeing your collaborations!) xoxo

Sana, I'm all sorts of excite for you. And Rue too? LOVE this photo and can't wait to see the rest of the shoot. I'm seriously bummed I got a job in DC because I'd so much rather move to Brooklyn and get to experience some of your fave spots there. Can't wait to get to your shop in person and see all the awesome stuff you've been working on!

Congratulations on all of the exciting goings on! And being too busy to blog is a good thing...just means you'll have lots to share later. :)

We'll be working on a new web series (while still working on the ones we already have going) here in my neck of the woods. I actually created the new one! Eeep! We're shooting in November. Hip hip!!
